Ordering your custom teamwear has never been so easy, simply follow these steps to create your own custom teamwear and place your order online.

Step 1: Choose your design

First of all, choose a style of shirt from our extensive selection of garments followed by choosing a design that you like.  You may then start customising your own garment by altering the colours.  While you are in the design stage, you can customise your shirt further by adding pockets and logos.  Include special instructions regarding to the order by entering the information in the Comments tab.  Once you have finished designing your garment, simply click on the next button, you will be taken to the next stage.

 Step 2: Choose your size and quantity

After you have finalised your design, you can choose the size and quantity you wish to order.  You may want to check our Size Chart at this stage to ensure the measurements of the garments that you are ordering are correct.  A preliminary price of your order will be calculated automatically.  Setup fees for artwork etc. will be added to the total price at a later stage, depending on the number of artworks involved.  Repeated artworks that have been done in the past 12 months are free of setup charge.

 Step 3: Submit your order

Next, you have to tell us who you are in order for us to process your order.

Existing Customers:

If you have already ordered from us before, you may simply log in by entering your email address and password, your details will be brought up and you can make changes to your details if any of them have changed since you last ordered.  Click on the Submit button and your order will be sent.

New Customers:

For new customers, simply fill in the form with your details, then click on the Submit button.

Email to friend (optional)

Throughout the process, you can share your custom design with your friend or co-worker by entering their email address at the "Email to Friend" field at the bottom of the page, your design will be sent to the email address.

 Step 4: Confirm your order

Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order notification by email with an Order ID number.  You should verify all your order details are correct.  You may then confirm your order by clicking the order confirmation link in the email.

 Step 5: Artwork

If you have any artwork (e.g. Logo or Embroidery), please reply to the confirmation email with the artwork attached.

Please note that each artwork file should be less than 1mb in size, and it should be in one of these formats:

.jpg, .gif, .png, .bmp or .tif

Files should be named according to the logo’s location on the garment, e.g. left_chest.jpg, right_sleeve.bmp, etc.

 Step 6: Payment

Upon receipt of confirmation of the order, you will be contacted by our staff to verify the payment method you prefer; we accept payment made by Direct Deposit, Bank Cheque or Credit Card (BankCard, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club).  However, production will not commence until full payment has been made and cleared.

Payment via Credit Card can be made by sending us an Order Payment Form with your credit card details by fax to (07) 33418288. Alternatively, you may notify our staff your credit card details by phone at (07) 33416688. Please have your Order ID number and your credit card details ready when making payment.A fee of 3% of the payment value will apply for making payment with credit card.
